Event Broadcasting — Live Multi-Camera Streaming

ALIYA HALDI DAY 1-25

Brief

Multi-camera live broadcast and same-day social cut-downs for a corporate conference — produced for both stage audience and online stream.

Concept

Treat the stream as the primary audience. Camera plan, audio mix and graphics package are designed for the viewer at home first, then mirrored for the room.

Production approach

Four-camera ISO record, programme switching from an OB-style position, redundant audio and bonded-cellular streaming. Final master in ProRes 422 HQ.

Challenges & solutions

Every production pushes back somewhere — permits, monsoon windows, talent movement, gear in transit. We keep alternate shot lists, redundant audio paths and backup crew on-call so the schedule absorbs shocks without killing the idea.

Results & impact

Zero stream interruptions across a 6-hour broadcast. Same-day delivery of 12 social cut-downs, used by the organiser to extend the event reach by 3.4× post-show.

“It looked like television. From our offices, that's the highest compliment.”
