Services & engagements
Production work is governed by written statements of work, estimates, or contracts agreed between you and KiQa Productions. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation terms are as set out in those documents.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, KiQa Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Disputes are subject to the courts and laws of the jurisdiction stated in your production agreement, or otherwise India/UAE as applicable.
