Kiqa Productions

About

Ritiqa Parab is a Mumbai-Dubai based creative director, executive producer and fashion photographer who weaves art, fashion, travel, music, books, and filmmaking into striking visual stories.

Trained in filmmaking at Usha Pravin Gandhi College in Mumbai and currently completing an MBA at Golden Gate University, Ritiqa blends cinematic rigour with strategic insight. She founded KiQa Productions as a multidisciplinary collective delivering still photography, motion content, brand content creation and broadcasting solutions across India, the UAE and beyond.

Her journey began on sunlit Mumbai streets and roadside bazaars, camera in hand, capturing unposed gestures and accidental tableaux. Those early travel series taught her to find narrative in the margins — people, light and place — and to compose images that feel lived-in yet deliberately arranged. The discipline of film school later gave that intuition a backbone: story beats, pacing and an appreciation for staged authenticity.

“I don't like to be put in boxes — creativity is about flowing, not containing.”

Our practice

Creative philosophy

Rule-breaking with respect. Curiosity first. Misfit empathy. Composition meets culture: classical rigour, pop immediacy.

Credentials

BA in Filmmaking, Usha Pravin Gandhi College (Mumbai) · MBA candidate, Golden Gate University · Featured in editorial and brand campaigns across India and the UAE.

Today Ritiqa runs KiQa Productions out of Mumbai and Dubai. Her creative philosophy is simple and stubborn: respect the rules so you can break them well. She is a misfit inside conventional frames — drawn to experimentation, unconventional collaborators and the collisions between high art and everyday culture. Influences run from Renaissance composition to modern pop culture, giving the work a layered sensibility that is both timeless and immediate.

Credibility and craft sit side-by-side. Ritiqa has led campaigns and produced content across editorial, commercial and broadcast formats — running creative direction through execution while keeping the hands-on practice of a photographer. Whether shooting an intimate editorial or orchestrating a multi-city campaign, she builds teams and workflows that honour both local nuance and international standards.
