Common questions
What is included in the standard image pack?
12 to 24 fully edited files delivered in JPEG and TIFF formats, with web and print exports. Each delivery includes a usage-rights document specific to your project.
Can I request the unedited RAW files?
Yes — RAW originals are available on request, generally as a project add-on. We retain a working copy for one year as part of standard post-production.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard post-production runs 7 to 10 working days from shoot wrap. Expedited 48-hour delivery is available for press and campaign launch windows.
What usage rights are granted with the final images?
Usage is defined per project — typically a clear scope by channel (web, social, print, OOH), territory and duration. Buyout and extended rights available on request.
Do you provide on-set styling and makeup?
Yes — we either book and direct trusted stylists and makeup artists from our Mumbai and Dubai network, or work with your existing team on a creative-direction basis.
