How is live streaming handled technically?
Multi-camera capture into a programme switch with redundant audio, optional bonded-cellular and fibre uplinks, and CDN delivery via HLS. Our team holds a dedicated rehearsal slot before every live event.
Do you provide on-site technical support during live events?
Yes — a dedicated broadcast engineer, a streaming engineer and a graphics operator are on site for every live event, with monitoring redundancy and a clearly documented runbook.
What are the typical delivery timelines for a TVC?
From signed brief, a 30-second TVC usually runs 6 to 8 weeks, including legal copy clearance and broadcast certification. Expedited timelines available for product launches.
How are broadcast rights and licensing managed?
Rights are scoped by territory, channel, duration and use case. We supply a single broadcast licence document per project, with renewal pricing fixed at engagement to avoid year-on-year surprises.
